Do you ship to other countries?
No, we only ship to Norway
Other countries have access to the website and products, but are unable to complete the purchase.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days within Norway.
Oslo area: Delivery within 1 business day (Monday through Saturday).
Can I return a product?
Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian law.
However, (all our items have a red seal with instructions not to remove it in case a product exchange is necessary). Breaking the seal will result in the exchange not being processed. For more information and return terms details, please visit our Return Policy page.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with seal and tag intact.
Can I try on the pieces?
Yes, with care. (Please remember that you are purchasing a handmade product, that has taken hours or days to create and requires careful handling). You can try the product even with the seal, as this does not affect it in any way.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the returned item remains the sender's responsibility until it has been received by us.
There is an exception in cases of defective or incorrect items. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and will handle the issue in accordance with Norwegian consumer rights and our standard procedures.

When will I receive my refund?
Within 10 business days after the return has been approved by Vinna Studio.

What if I don’t collect my order?
For pickup point deliveries, please follow the timeframe provided by the carrier.
Uncollected orders may incur a new shipping fee for reshipment.
