Products
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color and size may occur due to angle, lighting, contrast, setting, and editing tools.
Availability
All products are subject to availability based on stock levels. Stock levels are variable and subject to change at any time. If a product is sold out, we suggest adding it to your wish list, and if it comes back in stock, we will send you an e-mail notification.
Pricing
All prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Payment
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under Norwegian consumer protection law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. However, (all our items have a red seal with instructions not to remove it in case a product exchange is necessary). Breaking the seal will result in the exchange not being processed. Complaints (Defective Products)
If a product is defective, customers have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including issues related to shipping carriers. The shipping carrier that handles product shipments is a third-party provider, so they are responsible for updating tracking codes, delivery times, and shipping information.
Use of the Website
Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent activity or the use of false information, may result in order cancellation. In some cases, we contact the person who provided us with the information to verify it.
