However, if you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer protection laws.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to notify us of your decision to return your order within 14 days of receiving your products.
Once you have informed us of your decision, the items must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

3. Prepare Your Items
All Vinna Studio pieces are handmade and crafted individually by hand. Depending on the design, each piece may require several hours or even days of detailed craftsmanship.
Please follow the steps below:

Show no signs of wear, use, or damage

Include all original packaging (if it's possible)

Be returned with the original red security seal attached and intact
The red security seal is placed on all Vinna Studio pieces to ensure that items are returned in their original condition. Removal of the security seal may be considered evidence that the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality. In such cases, the return may be refused or the refund amount may be reduced in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Package Your Return
Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
5. Send Your Return
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the returned item remains the sender's responsibility until it has been received by us.
6. Return Inspection
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Refund
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
