Country with product shipments
We currently only ship to Norway.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days within Norway.
Oslo area: Delivery within 1 business day (Monday through Saturday).
Although, delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and the shipping provider. Track your order through the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.
Any promotions, discount codes or offering free shipping will be clearly communicated on the website.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
If a package is not collected within the timeframe set by the carrier and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a new shipping fee for resending the order.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to receive their order within a reasonable timeframe and as described at the time of purchase.

Damaged Items in Transit
We recommend taking photos of the packaging and the item upon delivery, if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
